How to Return

To start a return, simply contact us at support@undorlabs.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label so you don't pay anything to send it back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
